Sexual assault is one of the greatest issues facing colleges and universities across the country. As members of the Cornell community, it is time that we come together and fight for change, from the ground up.

Cornell's Fourth Annual Sexual Assault Awareness Week brings together a wide range of communities to foster dialogue about the issue of sexual assault on Cornell’s campus, encouraging students to communicate and take action. The week includes a series of events, aimed at educating the Cornell community and finding ways to prevent sexual assault moving forward.

Four years ago, a group of activist students devoted their energy and efforts towards changing the campus culture through a week of coordinated events, touching on topics from Title IX to bystander intervention. We are excited to follow in their footsteps, continually seeking to improve this weeklong series of events and further impact Cornell University in a positive way.

This year, we are being sponsored by the following organizations:

Haven, Panhellenic, MGLC, IFC, Women’s Resource Center, Consent Education, VOX, Mortar Board, ALANA, Cayuga’s Watchers, Student Assembly, Alpha Phi Omega, Hillel, Slope Media, Kappa Alpha Pi, Cornell Fashion Collective, ILR SGA, ILR Women’s Caucus, Cornell Democrats, Cornell University Glee Club, Cornell University Chorus, Les Femmes de Substance, First Generation Student Union, Cornell Consulting Group, Cornell Consulting Club, Energy @ Cornell, Cornell Finance Club, CSDS, Cornell Reflect
